Established in 1962, Hoover International (HI Corporation) has been manufacturing fine jewellery that showcases high quality craftsmanship and precious gemstones. With our technical skill and artistic style, our company has been producing one-of-a-kind custom private label pieces as well as OEM for leading jewellery companies and brands in all major international markets. We work together with our clients to create design concepts and prototypes resulting in beautiful end products.

Each piece of jewellery is meticulously crafted using innovative techniques, including invisible setting and micro pave settings, which has been passed down through generations of artisans to create fine jewellery that transcends time.

Payments and Security

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).  Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server 

Customers paying by wire will receive wiring instructions. We must receive confirmation from our bank that a wire transfer has been completed before items can be shipped. At our sole discretion, we may require bank wire payment for any international orders.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Only domestic orders within the Kingdom of Thailand will be charged a sales VAT tax of 7%.   For international orders, once the package arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any import taxes or duties.  Please contact our Customer Service at info@hoover-th.com to find out the import taxes or duties for your specific country.

Your credit card will be billed at the time of purchase.

Is shopping with Hoover International secure?

Yes. Hoover International ensures that our customers' purchases are secure. We use secure encryption and fraud protection for all credit card transactions. All sensitive data is encrypted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL).

Return Policy and Warranty

What is your return, refund and exchange policy?

Since every order is a special designed custom piece, we do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges.  We will walk you through entire design process and have you approved the sketches and models of your jewelry.  If there are any changes you would like to make, we will be happy to make the changes along the way.

เนื่องจากทุกการสั่งซื้อเป็นชิ้นงานที่ออกแบบพิเศษ เราจึงไม่มีนโยบายคืน/เปลี่ยนสินค้า หรือการคืนเงิน ปกติแล้ว เราจะเข้าสู่กระบวนการออกแบบทั้งหมดและให้คุณอนุมัติแบบร่างเครื่องประดับของคุณ หากคุณต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงใด ๆ เรายินดีที่จะทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงระหว่างการผลิตชิ้นงาน

What is covered by your warranty?

All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. We stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. 

In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you are in need of other services, your jewelry can be sent back to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.

Please note for international orders, you may incur custom taxes and duties, upon return shipment of the jewelry.  Please contact Customer Service at info@hoover-th.com for more information.

ในกรณีที่เครื่องประดับของคุณมีปัญหา หรือต้องการบริการอื่น ๆ คุณสามารถส่งเครื่องประดับของคุณกลับไปที่ออฟฟิศของเราเพื่อทำการประเมินได้ ภายหลังการตรวจสอบแล้วหากมีการเรียกเก็บเงิน คุณจะได้รับแจ้งก่อนที่จะดำเนินการปรับแก้ไขใด ๆ
